Over the past few years the organization experienced a remarkable phase of growth—marked by a significant increase in our team size, expanded service offerings, and record-breaking revenue milestones. These years stand as some of the most transformative in our journey so far. However, like any growing organization, we encountered challenges. The past year brought its share of difficulties, including a dip in revenue, the departure of valued team members, and a temporary slowdown in project availability. Despite these setbacks, we emerged more resilient, unified, and focused than ever.
